Resolved - An incident was reported this morning by the TIPS network, the Eurosystem’s instant payment settlement infrastructure operated by the European Central Bank (ECB). The incident involved anomalous behaviour in the TIPS service, affecting payments.

The incident started at 05:46 UTC and was resolved at 06:09 UTC. Payments affected during this period are currently under investigation to assess their status.

The service is currently fully operational and being monitored.

Identified - We have identified a misconfiguration in our ACH processing that is causing all payments from accounts issued by Devengo to be rejected. We are working on a fix and will update this status as soon as it's resolved.
