We are still awaiting further updates regarding the payments that remain in a transient state due to the incident. Unfortunately, this situation does not depend on us or on our provider directly, and therefore we are currently unable to provide an estimated resolution time.
As this was a broader issue, recovery may take some additional time while all parties involved complete their respective processes. Nevertheless, we remain closely monitoring the situation and expect further progress soon.
We will continue to share updates as soon as more information becomes available.
