Our provider has solved the issue and payments are being confirmed. Current payments are being processed. Delayed payments of IE clients are being processed now.

Update
Issue is now affecting to clients that have IE or NL IBANs. Payments from clients with ES IBANs are processing normally and all their payments that where in status delay have been processed.

We have identified an incident affecting the banking infrastructure, which is impacting a high percentage of outgoing payments. As a result, we are temporarily placing payments in a delayed status until the issue is resolved. The issue has been escalated to the relevant parties. We will keep you updated.
